Positive: This property is a fantastic value and well managed. It is on a gated location, yet has nice green space within it. The size is amazing, with about 1500 sf in all and including 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The larger bedroom is enormous and includes a tremendous amount of storage, a desk area, and a massive bathroom. The second bedroom is much smaller, but also incudes a 3/4 bath as well. The living and dining area is also very large and spacious feeling. The house also gives you free wi-fi, lots of television choices, including Netflix, YouTube, and many more. Flooring is tile throughout and the beds are really good with firm mattresses and nicely done sheet sets and accompaniments. Best of all, the on-site manager, Amednogo is amazing. He is very attentive and does everything in his power to make your visit a pleasant one. The air conditioning is very effective, an important item in a hot tropical location. Oh yes, you also get a nice washing machine that is pretty new and works well.
Negative: , There are only a couple of things keeping me from giving this a 10 rating. There are kitchen issues. The kitchen is quite small. Most importantly, the refrigerator is tiny and makes utilizing fresh and frozen items difficult. The microwave is superb, but there is no cooktop and only a single hot plate provided, making it impossible to cook a main dish and a side dish at the same time. There is adequate silverware, but only a single knife and no peeler or other often needed kitchen tools. Our conversations about these items were received well and it is my hope that the situation will be improved for other visitors.
Summary: Amazing value in a spacious home with the best property manager ever.
