Summary: Staff was definitely top tier. Especially the concierge and catering staff. I didnt find the front desk staff too friendly. Hotel is super nice. Massive pool and a kid playing area. Would definitely be visiting again. We had a nice room overlooking the pool so i cant complain. Overall a solid 9 experience
