Summary: Urbano’s location is great—close to the airport and in a busy area with plenty nearby. I also appreciated the strong security measures, which made me feel very safe during my stay. However, I do feel there is room for improvement in terms of comfort. The mattress was extremely firm and uncomfortable, and I woke up each morning with lower back pain. Additionally, the AC unit didn’t seem to cool the room effectively, and I often woke up from night sweats. Lastly, the shower drain would back up, causing water to build up while showering. If these concerns could be addressed, I would stay here again.
