Positive: Rooms were all nice (I moved few times around the hotel). Spacious, comfortable and cozy. Facilities are great, gym is good, pool is amazing!! Food is all right, you need to figure out your own likings among several restaurants. Staff is very helpful! I want to shout out to Abraham at the Pool Bar - your service and anticipation of any requests were great - thank you!!

Negative: Drinks quality is below average, yet the prices are extremely high. The wine list offers either very expensive Champagne at unreasonable prices or average and below-average wines that are still heavily marked up. If hotel management is reading this, please up-end your wine menu: at these price levels, guests should be offered products that match the cost. Even local supermarkets offer a better selection of South African and Italian wines. And please get some Prosecco - serving one brand at the price of Champagne is a very nasty trick and is not expected at a hotel of the Kempinski brand. Yes, I am taking my drinks very seriously.
