Positive: The receptionist was quite a gentle man, respectful and cool headed

Negative: The bedsheets were not changed, the shower runs very slow leading to a longer time to just shower. Broken doors and electric sockets. The address on the page was wrong. Instead of street number being 4 rather it was 105 so we spent extra 45 mins driving and asking around. After finally finding the place my reservation was given to someone else. So I paid extra to get another room because we were too exhausted to go looking for another hotel. The experience was not pleasant at all.
