Summary: The staff was very cordial and polite. The furniture, decor and amenities are outdated compared to the 2 other hotels that we experienced during our stay. Lobby, dining area and bedroom furniture were all from the ‘70’s with scratches and dents from extended use. They even had bells on the counter and tables to “summon” the workers which is a step backwards in society. No one in the service industry wants to be summoned by a ringing bell. Bells were used when the clients didn’t want to have the help visible. Nowadays the servers are visible where the guests can make eye contact or give a hand gesture. We will not return.
