Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The location is scenic and stunning with the ocean at the background. Property is eco-friendly with greenery everywhere. One can hear the sea waves right outside your balcony. Rooms are fully air conditioned. I love the chalet style of the rooms. Rooms and sheets are cleaned and changed regularly. Trash containers are located in every room. Shout out to the staff- they are very respectful and friendly. Patrick is the star keeping the place running as best as he could.

Negative: Facilities in the rooms are falling apart and break down easily. I was moved to 3 rooms in 9 days! While I appreciated the responsiveness of the staff and shout out to Patrick! I don’t think that’s how a beautiful resort should be operated. In one room the toilet was leaking leaving water on the floor. In the other two rooms, the shower doesn’t drain fast enough leaving you feeling dirty after a shower. And water frequently shuts off.
