4 Bedroom House in Mallam, McCarthy Hill
Our Holiday Home has a living space of 200 qm with four Bedrooms. All Bedrooms are airconditioned. The large Kitchen is well equipped with a Gascooker, 2 Fridges, Washing Machine, Utensils, Cutlery, Micro Wave, Toaster, etc. Two Queensize-beds and two Double Beds are available. The large Dining Room can accommodate 6-8 guests. The main Sitting Room and the Commonroom are completely furnished. A TV and a Bluetooth Stereo System are available in the Sitting Room. Three Wcs and two Bathrooms are also available. Warm Water available in the Kitchen and Bathroom. All windows and the Courtyard are equipped with net against insects. The two Entrances of the house have Trapdoors keeping insects off from entry. The 5th room is not accessible to our guests.
Our Co-hostess Paticia and her family live in the basement apartment of the house with their own Entrance. She and her husband Kwasi (Co-host) can therefore be reached easily by our guests. They have two kids.
The Rental Tariff includes charges for Water, Gas, Electricity and 100 GB Internet Data-Capacity. However, the cost for additional Data-Capacity will be born by guests. Patricia and Kwasi will help you acquire the needed Data-volume as quickly as possible.
Our house is perfect for families with children, a group of travellers or for even a single person looking for accommodation with "Self-Catering". Self-Catering includes keeping the property tidy during the entire stay of our guests. The final cleaning will be done through Co-hostess Patricia after our guests leave.
## No other strangers are with you in the house. The entire object is yours.
## We offer day and night security on the compound.
## The 5th room in the house is only accessible to Patricia and Kwasi. Otherwise our guests are free to use the residence comfortably.
## We can be reached at any time on the phone. However, in case of problems, our guests can contact Patricia and Kwasi directly.
## Kindly inform Patricia about any breakages.
## No partys allowed without the prior consent of Patricia/ours.
### As we don't charge extra for using the Airconditions, our Guests are requested to put them off when leaving the house at any time or sitting outside for longer hours. Kindly support us to maintain sustainability.
## In case of Black-Outs, the Standby Generator will work for an hour or two. Please disconnect your Gadgets from the sockets until the power becomes stable.
## It is not allowed to accommodate more guests than mentioned by booking the property.
## Pets are not allowed in the beds.
## We offer our guests a free transportation from and back to the Accra Airpor - once in each direction.
## Thee last roughly 300 m of the street leading to the house is untarred.
## Our guests are kindly asked not to leave pieces of foodstuffs and rubbish heaps lying or standing around somewhere in the house to avoid invation of ants - a typical tropical problem.
## Extra bed-linen will be provided on arrival. Guests are kindly asked to hand over used bed-linen to Patricia.

## All Very interesting historical monumetns like "the Elmina Slavery Castle" near Cape Coast, can be reached by car.
## It takes 15 minutes per taxi to get to the beautiful Bojo Beach.
## A taxirank ist situated at the small Super Market that can be reached in 5 minutes from the property on foot.
## Cars are available for hiring in Accra. Patricia and Kwasi can assist you get a car if necessary/needed.
## The "West Hill Shopping Mall" can be reached with taxi in 10 minutes. There you can find some good restaurants and coffee shops.
## The traditional Mallam Market is reachable in 10 minutes by car.
## We offer day-and night security on the compound.
## Smooking is allowed only on the terraces.
## We offer as well "long-term" rentals for 2 months and above upon negotiation.
## International Electric Adapters are available in the house as well as Mosquito-killers. If needed kindly contact our Co-hostress/Co-host.
## Pre-Inspection of the House is Not allowed due to Security reasons.
## Our Co-Hostess Patricia is prepared to cook Ghanaian dishes for our guests for a fee. Our guests wil, however, have to finance the food-shopping.
## Our guests are kindly asked to leave the house in the same tidy condition on departure like met on their arrival.
## The property is for a maximum of six (6) guests. And it's a nice place for a Successful Holiday.
Our completely furnished Atrium Holiday House is situated at McCarthy Hill on the Westside of Acrra at about 10 kilometres from the Airport. The surrounding landscape is hilly offering a very beautiful ponorama from the South-Terrace towards the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy the fresh Sea Breeze and relax on this Terrace.
We have a big Green Garden, a standby Generator, Garden Furniture, Powerful HIFI, a Barbecue, Baby Bed, High Chair, etc.
All interesting historical monuments in southern Ghana can be reached by car.
We offer only "Self-Catering".
