• Cleaning: A $50 cleaning fee is included in your booking total. This covers standard cleaning before check-in and after checkout.
• Deep Cleaning: In the event of excessive mess, damage, or rule violations (e.g. indoor smoking), a $200 deep cleaning fee may apply.
• Housekeeping: Light daily cleaning is available from our on-site housekeeper. You may also request additional cleaning services during your stay (extra charge applies).
• Pool Maintenance: The pool is professionally cleaned four times a week, usually in the morning, to ensure it’s in perfect condition.
• Laundry Access: Guests may request use of the washing machine, electric iron, and ironing board just inform the housekeeper.
• Rooftop Access: The rooftop terrace is available for your enjoyment. Events must be approved in advance and may incur an additional fee.
• Security: Your safety is a top priority, with 24/7 CCTV, electric fencing, and a dedicated on-site caretaker always present.
