This newly constructed 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom property is located in a gated community, 5 minutes walk to Nanakrom Melcom, KFC, 30 minutes from the Airport, with comfort, privacy and convenience - ideal for business trips, small families, weekend getaways. Bedrooms features a private en-suite bathroom. The open living room and kitchen provides a welcoming space to relax, with fully equipped Kitchen. High speed internet, smart TVs & comfortable furnishings Relax and unwind in this modern designed home with stylish and comfortable furnishings. This stylish retreat blends comfort, convenience, and the perfect touch of Accra charm. Guest will have access to the whole house with additional support available from guest service(Laundry, Cleaning etc) Please let us know if you need assistance during your stay. Guest may not sublet or assign this rental agreement. The property shall be in the same condition upon departure as at check-in. Normal wear and tear expected. Owner or its agents may enter the property at reasonable times to make repairs. Guest shall be liable for all acts of the family, employees, or other persons invited onto the property. Guest shall abide by the House Rules of the Owner, Property Manager and/or the Booking Agent as provided to Guest. Guests shall not bring any pets onto the property. Guest will not smoke indoors or outdoors. We cannot allow parties or events of any kind at any time on the premises. Guest service will arrange with guest to check on water system and to water plants usually. If you would like daily housekeeping our cleaning crew can provide this service to you for an additional cost, and must be scheduled 24-48 hours in advance. **For stays between 7-10 days we recommend a minimum of one maintenance cleaning during your stay. **For stays between 10-20 days we reccomend minimum of two maintenance cleanings during your stay. **For stays up to a month, we reccomend a minimum of three maintenance cleaning. ** If you opt for no cleaning during your stay, we will expect the home in the same condition upon departure as at check-in. If opt for cleaning service, we will send you a payment request for the service and coordinate the date and time for the cleaning. (Note: Due to the nature of this business and the need to replace certain furnishings, there may be some items such as art, lamps, linen, pillows, and furniture that differ from pictures) Checkout time is promptly at 11am, unless previously authorized by host. Any unauthorized late checkout will incur a fee. We have cleaners available if you would like to hire service for daily or weekly cleaning. If you need laundry service we can arrange with our guest support within 24hrs(fees apply) Cleaning fee $30 or equivalent in Cedis per clean Laundry and Folding Service is charged per load(Will be picked up by guest support as scheduled) Dry Cleaning (Will be picked up by guest support as scheduled)
