Positive: My stay at Crescent Court was honestly one of the most comfortable and pleasant living experiences I’ve had. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for, which made settling in incredibly easy. What stood out the most was the warm and personal atmosphere created by the people managing the residence. Hafsa, the property manager, is truly exceptional. She is incredibly welcoming and always ready to help, even with matters that go beyond her professional responsibilities. Knowing that someone is willing to listen and actively help solve issues no matter how small which made a huge difference and created a strong sense of comfort and trust. She is not just a manager but an excellent host who clearly cares about the well-being of residents. Mariam, the property maintainer, was equally amazing. She was always exceptionally helpful and approachable, assisting with anything needed around the residence. What I appreciated most was how she went the extra mile by suggesting local places to find good food and sharing helpful tips about the area. Those small gestures made living there feel more personal and connected to the community. Overall, Crescent Court offers more than just a place to stay but it also provides a welcoming environment where residents feel supported and valued. The kindness, professionalism, and genuine care shown by the team made my experience truly memorable, and it is a place I would happily recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and friendly residence
