Positive: This compound has a gym, swimming pools, and cafe and is located in a safe neighborhood. (But cafe is quite expensive). The manager was quite responsive to my requests.

Negative: This compound is big and has a lot of guests coming in and out. There was one occasion when there was no water and internet (took a few hours to recover). The room was very small for me.
