Positive: The staff, especially Akpene and Kelvin, go completely above and beyond what is expected, nothing is too much trouble. The apartment was well appointed, spacious, clean and fully functional. The couple of questions we did ask were answered promptly. We would definitely stay here again.

Negative: It's not a "didn't like" but it is worth noting the description on this site could be better (trying to be addressed right now, but I know it could take time): the complimentary airport transfer is only 'from' the airport, not 'to'; the hairdryer is 'subject to availability'. Not big issues at all and would not deter us from returning.
